A very beautiful early 19th century, hand painted porcelain cabinet plate. Pierced surround with gold scrolling and hand painted summer bouquet of passionflowers, morning glory and roses. Interesting art for your walls or just as intended pride of place in a cabinet. Could be attributed to John Ridgway
