Beautiful - because it has a band of roses and lilac and functional because it has a seperate lid with holes to help arrange flowers, this Royal Winton 'Versaille" vase is very appealing.
The dusky beige branch background pattern is attractive on this piece, surviving pieces vary and a lot suffer from fading - but not this beauty as all colours are vibrant. Makes short work of flower arranging.
Circa 1920 and stamped on both lid and base "Versaille provisionally patented". there has been as expert repair (0.5cm) to the base lid, once the lid is on, this isnt seen. Otherwise very good condition.
